We believe that email is the most efficient way we can communicate with you. Just
think...we won't be playing phone tag; we both have a tangible record of our
communications, and you will experience no frustration due to busy signals
during peak season, which seems to last for nine months! We have several
customer service representatives ready to assist you via e-mail and they will
respond as quickly as possible. Please understand that if you are checking
status on an order, sometimes we have to contact our supplier. If they are
closed for the day, you may not receive an answer until the following business
day, but we promise to answer you as promptly as possible.
Regardless, after fifteen years in this business, we have discovered e-mail to
be a wonderful form of communication with our customers!
If you need to contact us by telephone,
please call 310-371-2060. Please understand that while we have several
dedicated customer service lines, when we have customers calling from all over
the United States and Canada, you will frequently receive a message that all
operators are busy. This is one reason why email is much less frustrating.
In any case, please do not email and then call us also. That will slow
down the process, as the employees answering email will pull your order and then
when you call, the telephone employees will not be able to locate your
paperwork.

Please note that once you
place an order, it usually cannot be changed. We have crews working
diligently to process orders and ship them out to you as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed too quickly to be changed in most instances. We
appreciate your understanding. Please order carefully!
Please be patient as we receive hundreds of orders per week, and all of our brides are as anxious as
you are to know when they will receive their orders. We will be watching the
event date you provided on your order form. If you have any concerns,
please let us know!
Thank you for your interest in our online bridal shop. We've
owned a couple of retail bridal shops and felt frustrated that space limited the
variety of items we were able to offer. Our online store features nearly
6,000 items, with new items added daily. We sold our last retail store at
the end of 2004, but kept the online business, which we started in 1997. We've been in the bridal business for over 15 years and strive to offer the best
quality bridal and special occasion items at the very best prices.
Catalog Requests
Right from the beginning, we determined we would not print a paper catalog.
Why? Because each year, about 4 billion lbs. of paper are used to make
direct-mail catalogs. Combined with other superfluous mail, this translates to
the loss of 100 million trees each year!
Rather than chop down trees, we put extra time and care into our website and
