Rush charges are necessary to move your order to the front of the production line when you have a close "required by" date. Otherwise, orders are processed in the order received, and go to the back of the line, which can be 2-3 weeks for garments, and 4-6 weeks for cake jewelry. Rush fees are not the same as rush or expedited shipping. For instance, if you order rush production with ground shipping, the shipping time alone could still take a week, dependent upon on your location. While most of our orders ship from the Los Angeles area, some engraved or personalized items also ship from Indianapolis and Minnesota. Many of our favors ship from our facilities in Georgia or New York. If you are in a big hurry for your order, it's always best to upgrade your shipping to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Rush fees apply to all items on your order which are being rushed. If you order six of one item and need a rush, you will need to apply the rush fee to all of them. You can rush individual items, (for instance you need one item next week and the others three weeks later), and if a split shipment is requested, we will contact you to collect the additional shipping fee. If you do not allow us enough time for processing, we may find it necessary to contact you and ask you to pay for upgraded shipping so you'll receive your order on time. Please note that the status will not change until your order ships, at which time a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. We will respond to email or voicemail inquiries within 2 business days. We offer several methods of shipping to locations within the contiguous United States. You may choose from Standard, 3-Day, 2-Day and 1-Day services. Shipping rates are based on the pre-tax merchandise total. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations, shipping rates can be calculated during checkout. We also ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/AFO address via USPS. We reserve the right to change your shipping carrier in the event that another carrier can provide quicker or more reliable service to you. Occasionally, we receive notice that a particular area is not safe to leave a package, so we will change the method to the most secure type of delivery. This will not change the rate of shipping you pay, however. Often, we upgrade shipping at our expense to expedite your package. Each product on our web site has a specific production or processing time. Production times do not include shipping transit time. Example: a product with a 1-3 business day processing time, if ordered on Monday with 2nd Day Air shipping, will arrive on Thursday at the earliest and no later than the following Monday. You may select a shipping method during checkout. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. You must account for production time when choosing your shipping method.
