On April 5, 2006, I called your 800 number and spoke to Courtney regarding a K for the top of our daughter's wedding cake. We had to have this piece on April 6. Courtney had to drive to a warehouse somewhere to pick it up in order to get it in the mail to us that day. It arrived the next morning before 8:00am.
