Natalie has recently been helping me with an order from Advantage Bridal. WOW! Her service has gone above and beyond! She and a girl named Stacey I believe, first got my order and noticed that I ordered one item in a Misses size, and another in a Junior size (I didn't notice that it was also offered in Misses). They took the time to call me just to verify that this was correct. Who does that?!?! I marked it, they could have easily just proceeded with the order; but they took the time. We fixed the size, and I was able then to talk to Natalie about my new last name, that I had really wanted on the back of my hoodie. It will be "Mrs. Marques de Oliveira" - which is too long to fit in any of the boxes. I told her about it, and asked about the possibilities. Natalie figured out a way to make it happen for me, even though it was much longer than normal. The stories go on and on, because we've had a couple more bumps along the way that Natalie fixed for me without batting an eyelash. She is personable, professional, and makes shopping fun! In fact, after a couple interactions with Natalie, I ordered some cute bags from the website. I didn't really need them personalized and to spend quite so much on them, but after the fantastic service I received, I wanted to support your company. Plus this assured I would have excellent service should anything go wrong with the bags. Congratulations! You have fantastic employees, and I will recommend your website to anyone I can! Thank You!
