Rush service is available should you need your item/order quickly. Rush service will decrease the personalization time. Rush service is not the same as expedited shipping such as 3-day air, 2-day air, or overnight. These expedited shipping methods and time in transit begin when your order leaves our warehouse. Due to the personalized nature of this apparel, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.
