For Our Son’s Wedding

Dear Son you are about to wed,

And so it’s time to say,

We’ll be the proudest parents on

Your happy wedding day.

You’ve grown into a fine young man,

Who knows what’s right and wrong,

And when times are not easy, to

Stand upright and be strong.

I feel so very fortunate

To have you for our son,

You’re all the things a man should be,

A very special one.

May all your days be happy, and

May all your dreams come true,

And may love last forever, that’s

My wedding wish for you.
